Dawn

Somebody is at dawn looking at the sun... carefully, of course, this person is looking forward to see what is coming. There is hope. Hope to have wisdom to understand the new facts and learn with them. Like the melody in Adagio in Sol Minore performed by Tomaso Giovanni, somebody is walking through his own life looking back things he maybe(I said maybe) he left behind in the past(or in the present?!).

Like dancers, both characters got involved in the melody of the moment. However, something happened stopping the song and stopping the moment and what was left behind was a subtle feeling of an unfinished story. If they imagined life is like this... about losing and gaining, maybe they would not got involved. However, I see somebody at dawn thinking about the future or just feeling blessed because things had happened the way they did.

The characters dreamed to spend a night simply looking at the stars together, asking each other what would be the brightest star...

As future is unpredictable, both characters in this sad story start following different roads in order to find "The Ones". The first one to go away left behind a true love. The lover who was left behind is now at dawn. And where is the first one?  As an onlooker I have to say that I see an empty heart, a brain that is working, and a star shining and pointing to place where I don't know(I only feel), almost saying that some choices can force us to admit that a man with material things, but without love, is just a man that works, sleep and eat. As an onlooker, I can say that the star also points to other place in which I hear a heart beating, full of love, and certainly all suffering won't be able to stop this flame from burning.

Dictionaries define dawn as the beginning moment when starts growing light as the sun arises. I define it as an opportunity to restart a new life. Let's think about it!

The most beautiful flower

Today is just a day to think... about things..

The most beautiful flower I had in my life
I gave to you
I made a crime bringing it with me
I should not have given it to you
Because it will die before you understand its value

I wish I had given you something you can keep forever
But I am a foreigner here

I wonder if one day I can have other flower like that one I gave
If I am lucky enough to have another
Certainly...  I won't give it to anybody else
Because a flower is something you can just see and take care...

Goodbyes inside the wind, that's possible?!

Did you see the wind pass by?  I guess you didn't. You just felt it... and the feeling was wonderful and unforgettable. It passes in a sad moving because in reality it wants to stay a bit more, but it has to go away. It doesn't belong to anybody. That's its nature. I wonder if one day somebody will get to change it.

Once a wild wind came across another wind very similar and after a good period together... the most lovely went away. Now it is understandable why is so sad the goodbye moments. They are sad because they mean those moments will never happen again.

The most beautiful night

When I saw this blank paper
I saw many things on it

Choices

One of the most interesting things I always admired in life was wind roses. They provides guidance helping us to find our way like the ancient people used to do in the sea. However, each choice implies a result or consequence. We cannot have everything even when we try really hard to change it. When you accept to work so far way you left your family behind sometimes, for example. In the name of love, some people forget who they are just to please the beloved person. And when the time has passed, they realized how much they have wasted being someone else...

I hope I never lose the poetry of life....  poetry guides me...   because I imagine that life without it, it is certainly our undoing.

Putting things we don't have before others we have

Sometimes I wonder why we tend to put things we don't have before others we have...

Just thinking about a balloon... we can try to keep it by our side, but as soon as you can imagine this beautiful balloon can go away or simply deflate in front of our eyes giving us any chance to change the situation. The feeling is why not stopping the clock just to spend more time we our beloved ones.

Sometimes we just need let things go... and take care of those we have by our side permanently.

A flower has such a wonderful beauty but if you take it away from the place it belongs certainly it will die and the beauty will be something that you can only have in your imagination.  It is hard, however, very wise to learn how to pass through the different situations life imposes on us.  Like flowers we cannot keep people because they are like a river running furiously - we cannot keep it in our hands without losing something important, the moving part.

It's just a beautiful and sad moment seeing you run away river, but I will be happy anyway!

The feelings and the owner

The feelings and the owner... Who belongs to whom?

There are certain moments in life in which it is complicated to distinguish that relationship, especially because feelings in general make part of human race since your origin somewhere ago making us creatures capable of building cities and at the same time suffering from these accomplishments.



Feelings are things that emerge from us, can we control them?  Or they control us?!
The time has come and the decision has to be done. We have to be aware of the place we want to be, that is to say, we have to be in the control. To be in the control doesn't mean this time has entitled us to destroy things or even ourselves with negative thoughts, for example.




The nature every single morning shows us that life is something bigger...  we have not understood its real meaning. In some moments, we think life is something we can manage in our favour, but life as many things in the universe has its own path.

There are some mystery in the stars, something manage them from one place to another...  it's complicated to believe they are outside just doing nothing. Not only the universe but also a simple leaf in an apple tree are perfect examples that there is something behind them.

Don't let the unhappy happenings in life stole the beauty of life and the perfection of it from you. A house has not only a wall, and its walls can have different colors, but it doesn't mean these walls don't make part of the same building, so why the unhappy happenings should have only one connotation as well?

Many can tell me there is no God out there, but the perfection of life in all forms by itself shows me and you that anything in the universe was not created by chance.

At the early morning...

When the sun rises and the sun light starts covering all the living creatures at the early morning, in this moment it is possible to understand how big is the universe and that each human being is just like a grain of sand in this huge desert.  The wind has moved and changed this desert along the years, and it is not possible to change the ways, but just following them. The journey is a beautiful journey towards somewhere we don't know.  I miss the flowers, but their perfumes are on my skin what enables me to go on.

Fears

When you walk, you feel your feet are on land and this sensation makes you confortable. However, if you imagine yourself on a rope the sensation is somewhat different. The same thing happens when you have to act but have the fear of failure. You prefer not moving forward. I will see that bright sun outside only if I go up to the window.


Maybe the rainy days are also beautiful days, because the rain can clean the roads and the water the flowers inside my heart. Maybe the stars in the sky have each one a certain color. Maybe that star is not a simply star, but the star.

The vision of loveliness in everywhere!

In Brazil, the teacher's day is commemorated on October 15th and this special day brings me so many memories and the most special one is about Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi. This man showed that teaching is the art of loving others. He dedicated his life to educate the poor war orphans and this action made him unforgettable.

Maybe I can be only a seed in the immense globe, but I am certain that without me many other seeds won't be produced. I will live forever in the souls I touched during my journey because each new seed has certainly a piece of me, a piece of my heart and love. Being a teacher is like giving others oportunities they never imagined could exist. 

I am grateful to know that a man like Pestalozzi had lived on this earth making a difference in people's life.

Just let it go...

Leaves will fall off of a tree somewhere and it makes part of life process. Why keep a leaf that is not even alive... You just let it go and see what happens. Life is full of happenings and nothing stays forever....  even photographs cannot internalize that wonderful moments forever, because time is something that goes really fast taking away many things from us. And that's normal.
Our life is better just when we simply decide to move on!  :)

Even trees will blossom at a certain time...

That was a special leaf because you saw life on its greenness, but it doesn't mean life is reduced to it. Life is something bigger.

We really let the old leaves go away because when the spring arrives new leaves will growing again. It just an endless cycle.

The best company we could have

You know when you look into his eyes and notice how beautiful they are. Well, this is a magic moment and I could stand there simply looking and admiring just because love is all about this. There is no need to do anything, because you are allowed to do anything... without any contradiction.

I could tell you that I never go back to you again, but this would be a terrible lie.  Sorry but I will always go back to you, because you only you give the support I need.

You are such a miracle or any kind of magical place. I never want to go away because you make part of me. Thanks for being such a sun in my life...  today and ever.

My life in 10 years ?!?!?

Hey, have you ever stopped to imagine how your life is gonna be like in 10 years?

I've done that in 2005 and I imagined many things but nothing compared to what happened to me during these years. To understand better what I am talking about, let's imagine the following...

You have a boat and you also have a dream.... to sail around the world just to find your way in a strange land called life. However, things change and you have to sell your boat before you even start your journey. It's hard but you have no choice. Afterwards, you keep imagining how things are gonna work without your boat especially because you had put all your eggs on this basket! Things could be worse if you didn't have a loyal person by your side to help you build a new dream... One day, you wake up and see that you are alone and have to walk in this condition because that loyal person has gone away without goodbyes. Yeah, things got worse... It's hard but you have no choice besides going ahead.  Happenings like this one are great happenings because they teach us that....

...now I am little bit older and wise enough to focus on my new goals. I like simply imagining more 10 years with the lover I come across trying to find that old boat I had to sold at my youth. Nowadays, I know my boat is where I am.   And yours?

It is not complicated to find people talking and doing things just to please others. However, finding some that just try to please themselves it is rare. Why? I simply don't know. Maybe sociologists and psychologists can say something about the matter.  One day we will kick the bucket and what is really going to matter is simply what we have done to make somebody else happier and what we have learned from life.

Sunrise

When sun rises, it means that a new opportunity is shining to us.
A  opportunity to take care of those we love, to help a stranger, to consider learning something new.
The problem is that most of the times we do not notice all these opportunties.

Frustrations of life...

I think we have much more to learn with nature than the opposit. The nature around us(if we are not in cities, of course) shows and proves each new moment that life can emerge even at inhospitable places. What could we say about our lives?  That sometimes it is faced as an inhospitable place where everything seems to work against us.

When things don't flow as we expect, we get sad. When people don't give us the hand we expect we probably get sad. When time passes, we get sad.      ...and in this sadness background, most of the time we get frustrated.   However, the background change when we stop a little to think about all the problems we are passing through.   The surprising end can reveal that many of our frustrations stuck in events that we had to act but we waited for others instead. Fortunately, our life doesn't depende on the other choices...  But it is something we spend long periods of life to realize.  It is not all of a sudden.

This week I had the opportunity to read a wonderful thought by Nietzsche that changed completely my mind towards the frustrations of life. Let's take a look at it: 

Nobody can build the bridge for you to walk across the river of life, no one but you yourself alone. There are, to be sure, countless paths and bridges and demi-gods which would carry you across this river; but only at the cost of yourself; you would pawn yourself and lose. There is in the world only one way, on which nobody can go, except you: where does it lead? Do not ask, go along with it.

Now draw your own conclusions about life.

I have drawn some...

Sometimes we expect more from the others than from ourselves. But nobody can live our life or, in other words, build the bridge we need to walk across the river of life... like said the philosopher. So how we can put on other hands our happiness... We cannot do it, because it is not possible, even we sometimes think it is.

Where is the main problem?

The quote above made me think about life...  the wars and about so many problems people around the world are facing just now when I am writing this post.    I arrived at a conclusion that if our life is not good, maybe the problem can be in ourselves - the way I look to life is the main problem.

If I get to look to other lifes around me I can discover that my life is perfect. Simple, but perfect.

If things are not flowing as I expect, maybe I should only thank the moment.
I have been learning that I'm in trouble when I got a simple problem and turned it into a big one to discover at the end that it never existed.

Life can be simple and perfect when we start thinking about others and about the way we can help only for the pleasure of being helpful...

Peace

It's so easy to write and talk about peace when things in life are going well.
But what I see each new day is less amount of people happy even having everything they need around them.
The current days force us to stop seeing the nature for keeping our days full of worries instead.  This is a problem we have to handle. Who's thinking about it now?  We are always in a hurry.

The birds have no worries and their life is flowing in the same way, because God is protecting them all the time.  He is also protecting us too, now and ever... even those who aren't believe in his existence.
